Arrangements for financing your solar system purchases can be financed by Cajamar Bank, who offer special terms for renewable energy investments (not applicable to Pool Heating kits, Security, Wattplus products, or Surveys)
Ownership of merchandise changes hands at the point you sign carriers docket for reception of goods, or carrier leaves goods at your address without your signature
Faulty goods are exchanged with minimum paperwork - but agreement to exchange MUST be agreed in advance via email or phone, and an ROG number assigned
Customer pays freight for ROG (Return of Goods) - Spanish Solar pays freight for subsequent return of repaired goods. We repair or replace at our discretion
Complaints book. As required by Spanish consumer law this establishment has a complaints book at the disposal of customers
Solar Gadget online shop Solar Gadgets are to be paid in full at order through Paypal. We offer a "no quibble" replacement if you are unhappy with the item(s) you receive. Please apply for a ROG number as outlined above and return the item(s) to us in the original packaging within 15 days. Furthermore, if malfunction within 12 months occurs, you may also apply for a ROG and return the item(s) to us. We will test them to establish if malfuntion is due to manufacturing defects or misuse. Only item(s) shown to be malfunctioning because of a fault in manuifacture will be replaced.
