07/03/09 Spanish Solar kits are redesigned based on real life operating data
For the last 4 months our research section has carried a daily chart of insolation (expressed as daily watthours acheived per nominal panel watt). This data has caused us to rebalance the size of the 4 components of a standard solar energy system kit - the panels - the batteries - the regulator -the inverter.
Effectively immediatly, in this Spring of 2009, this is reflected in the make up of our kits. Allied to lower battery and panel pricing, coming out of supplier price reductions and a wider supplier base, these Spring 2009 kits generally exhibit lower pricing with superior performance.
Our kits are optimised for Southern Spain.
